Eligibility:

• Citizenship Residency: Participants must be citizens of their nominating country and reside there at the time of course enrollment.

• English Proficiency: A level equivalent to CEFR B2 is expected, demonstrating capability in academic work suitable for U.S. university standards.

• Engagement Commitment: Candidates should dedicate approximately 8-10 hours weekly to coursework.

• Internet Access: Regular access 4-5 times per week to a reliable internet-enabled device is necessary.

Technology Skills: Participants need basic proficiency in using the internet, eml systems, online document management tools like PDFs, MS Word, and Excel, as well as familiarity with creating usernamespasswords for secure sites.
